Zodiacharm Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Zodiacharm, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with their purchases. Refunds and returns are applicable only under specific conditions:

If the item is received damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications listed on the product page.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to request a return within 7 days of the delivery date if the item meets the conditions above.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) must also be provided.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled provided the shipping label has not been printed (typically within 48 hours of purchase). Once the label is printed or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their order information is accurate and complete. Zodiacharm is not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses or wrong items ordered.

For shipped orders, only replacements will be offered if eligible under the return policy.
5. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zodiacharm@gmail.com with details of the issue and clear photos of the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date for a replacement or return. Clear photos of the product must be provided to our returns department for investigation.
8. Exchanges
For the quickest service, return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
9. European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 3 days for any reason, provided the conditions mentioned above are met.
10. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
